Role & responsibilities
Operate the reach truck safely to move pallets and materials within the warehouse.
Load, unload, stack, and retrieve goods from high-rise racking systems.
Perform put-away, replenishment, picking, and dispatch activities as per warehouse requirements.
Ensure accurate handling of inventory and update transactions through the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or handheld scanner.
Conduct pre-shift inspections of the reach truck and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
Follow warehouse SOPs, safety procedures at all times.
Ensure proper stacking of materials to prevent product damage.
Assist in cycle counts, physical inventory, and stock verification activities.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the work area (5S).
Support loading and unloading operations as required.
Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and inventory teams for smooth operations.
Wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)



and comply with all safety regulations.
Report accidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, or damaged goods immediately.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum Graduate or equivalent.
Valid Reach Truck/Forklift Operator certification or license (preferred).
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling.
2 - 5 years of experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse, logistics, 3PL, FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or e-commerce workplace.
Proficiency in operating reach trucks in narrow aisles and high-rack storage.
Knowledge of warehouse safety practices.
Basic understanding of inventory management and WMS.
Ability to read labels, bin locations, and pick lists.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
