Regional Business Head - FI & Agriculture| Coimbatore As a leader, Regional Business Head is responsible for achieving the business target of the vertical both in terms of top line and bottom line.
Regional Business
Head will be responsible for the total business of the region. Manage a team of relationship managers and cluster heads under the geographical area. Responsible for top line and bottom line of the business along with other targets in CASA, Insurance and asset products maintaining the customer relationship of the region and ensure prompt service and solution of compliance within minimal TAT at the highest level of satisfaction of the customer.
Design products suitable for the region considering the competition and other bank offerings. Recruitment, training, nurturing, handholding and ensuring productivity of the team is the key responsibility of the role. Graduate/ Post Graduate.
Min Experience - 10 yrs. Max Experience - 15 yrs.
