We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Merchandiser to manage the end-to-end production process for our women's ethnic wear brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with vendors for fabrics, trims, sampling, and production
Prepare tech packs, BOMs, and product documentation
Track production timelines and ensure on-time deliveries
Source materials and negotiate costing with vendors
Coordinate with design, production, warehouse, and logistics teams
Monitor product quality and maintain merchandising reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology, Merchandising, or a related field
1–3 years of merchandising experience (freshers with robust internships may apply)
Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and production processes
Valuable communication, vendor management, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
