Regional Sales Manager – Residential | Delhi Crestron is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth in the residential market across Delhi. The role involves managing key channel partners, developing relationships with architects and consultants, driving pipeline and forecast management, and expanding market share through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of sales experience in the residential/home automation industry, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Requirements - 10+ years of sales experience in the Residential market, preferably within Home Automation, Smart Home, AV, ELV, or Building Technology solutions.
Strong knowledge of the North India residential ecosystem and channel network.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets while driving revenue growth.
Experience in business development, account management,



pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
Well-established relationships with architects, consultants, developers, interior designers, and key channel partners.
Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans to create and win recent business opportunities.
Solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives and decision-makers
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid business acumen with a customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.
Fluency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Industry Background: Home Automation, Smart Home Solutions, Luxury Residential Projects, AV Solutions, Building Automation, ELV Systems, or Consumer Technology Solutions.
