Key Responsibilities
Welcome and onboard new residents.
Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and documentation.
Coordinate with housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
Handle day-to-day property operations.




Address resident queries and ensure a great living experience.
Maintain occupancy records and basic reports.
Coordinate with the management team for smooth operations.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and WhatsApp.
Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
Comfortable staying at the property.
