We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in selecting products based on their needs.
Demonstrate product features and provide accurate information.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product tagging.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.
Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and visual merchandising standards.
