Position: Sales Manager – Solar Projects (Commercial & Industrial)

Location: Noida (Delhi NCR) with travel across North India About Us

Ltd. is a rapid-growing renewable energy company specializing in Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) Rooftop Solar, Ground-Mounted Solar Projects, Open Access Solar, and Energy Efficiency Solutions. We help industries reduce their electricity costs while achieving their sustainability and Net Zero goals. Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities for Commercial & Industrial Solar Projects.

Meet CXOs, Plant Heads, Facility Managers, and Purchase Teams.

Develop and maintain relationships with industrial clients, EPC consultants, and channel partners.

Conduct site visits and understand customer energy requirements.

Prepare techno-commercial proposals with support from the engineering team.

Negotiate contracts and close high-value solar projects.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Maintain CRM and provide regular sales forecasts.

Coordinate with design, engineering,



and project execution teams.

Desired Candidate

Profile

5–10 years of B2B sales experience in Solar EPC, Electrical, Energy, or Industrial Products.

Strong understanding of Rooftop Solar, Net Metering, Open Access, and C&I; Solar Solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Existing network with industrial customers will be an added advantage.

Engineering graduate preferred (Electrical/Mechanical) or MBA in Marketing. Compensation
