Role Description This Sales and Marketing Specialist internship is a hybrid role based in Gurugram, with some flexibility for work from home. The intern will support day-to-day sales activities, including prospect outreach, lead qualification, and follow-up communication with potential and existing customers.

Responsibilities include assisting in executing marketing campaigns, preparing sales and marketing materials, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The intern will help respond to customer queries, provide basic product information,



and collaborate with the team to improve customer engagement. Additional tasks may involve supporting training sessions for customers or internal teams, gathering feedback, and contributing ideas to strengthen sales performance and brand visibility.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with prospects and customers.

Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation and relationship building, to support revenue growth.

Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management–related skills to assist in onboarding customers and supporting internal sales processes.

Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital channels (e.g., social media, email marketing) is beneficial.

Comfort with using productivity tools and CRM or similar systems to document and track activities.

Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time well, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Interest in developing a career in sales, marketing, or customer success within a growing organization.
