Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation Prospecting: Identify potential clients, cold call, drop in for client visits, and generate quality business leads.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and build robust, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
Sales Execution: Conduct product demonstrations/presentations, prepare proposals/quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to meet target KPIs.
Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand to identify current growth prospects.
Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing offline/online marketing campaigns, brand awareness activities, and sales promotions.
Reporting: Track daily sales activities, maintain pipeline reports, and provide regular updates to management using CRM software or daily activity logs.
After-Sales Support:



Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, or support) to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction.
