Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai | Experience: 10+ years

My client is looking for a Sales Head & Corporate Strategy to lead city operations and drive enterprise growth for a quick-growing financial wellness platform.

This is a high-impact leadership role combining strategic enterprise sales, business leadership, and P&L; ownership. You will lead the city's business as an independent profit center while personally driving large corporate partnerships and strategic HRMS alliances.

Key Responsibilities
Acquire and grow large enterprise accounts (4,000+ employees)
Build strategic partnerships with HRMS and payroll platforms
Engage with CHROs, CFOs, and CEOs to drive enterprise adoption
Lead Corporate, Aggregator, and Activation sales channels
Own the city P&L;, drive profitability, and optimize business performance
Build and mentor high-performing sales teams

We're Looking For





10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, corporate partnerships, or regional business leadership

Robust network with HR and CXO stakeholders in large enterprises

Experience in FinTech, Banking, Insurance, HRTech, SaaS, or related sectors preferred

Proven success managing revenue, teams, and business operations at scale
