Work you'll do

As part of the Talent Acquisition team of Deloitte India, you will be responsible for managing hiring for particular business.

Responsibilities
Partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities to improve experience, influence talent outcome and generate results.
Maintain Compliance and confidentiality across the process.
Preparation of recruitment dashboards
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and skilled networks). Ensure utilization of all sourcing channels to build pipeline through both active and passive candidates and achieve required hiring demand and productivity targets
Communicate openly and in a timely manner throughout the candidate journey while ensuring the candidate needs are met.




Ensure job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements are used
Engaging in the Candidate fitment basis internal parity.
Offer negotiation (Verbal) and sending formal offer letter.
Keeping Candidate warm with various engagement till they join and ensure best candidate experience throughout the process.
Leveraging the pipeline through past applicants and potential candidates
Lead, coach and develop peers and team members across talent acquisition.

Able to form effective relationship at all levels of business.
A critical thinker who constantly questions the status quo.
Open and versatile in your approach, able to adapt quickly to changing business needs
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Robust analytical skills, good business understanding
