Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms, aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Daily tasks include writing and editing posts, designing basic visual assets, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement and trends.

The Content

Creator will collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop social media calendars, optimize content performance, and maintain a consistent brand voice. The role also involves responding to audience interactions, analyzing metrics,



and suggesting improvements to increase reach and engagement.

Qualifications Strong skills in social media content creation, including writing captions, storytelling, and adapting tone for different platforms.

Experience with basic visual design or content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, or similar) and understanding of visual branding.

Knowledge of social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X), including posting best practices and engagement strategies.

Ability to plan and manage content calendars, coordinate with teams, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.

Comfort with using analytics tools provided by social platforms to track performance and inform content decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and clients.

Solid attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to experiment with recent content formats and trends.

Previous experience in digital marketing, social media, or brand communication is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
