Job Title: Senior Store Executive

Department: Stores / Warehouse

Job Summary

The Senior Store Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day store operations including receipt, storage, issuance, inventory control, documentation, and coordination with Production, Purchase, QA, and Dispatch departments in compliance with GMP and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and verify raw materials, packing materials, and consumables.
Ensure proper storage as per GMP and FEFO/FIFO norms.
Issue materials to Production as per approved requisitions.
Maintain stock records, ERP entries, and store documentation.
Conduct daily stock checks and support periodic physical verification.
Coordinate with QA for material status and release.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock.




Maintain housekeeping and safety in the store area.
Support audits and provide required records and documents.
Assist in supervising store staff and daily store activities.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of pharmaceutical store operations and GMP.
Inventory management and documentation skills.
ERP/SAP and MS Excel knowledge.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and record accuracy.

Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline; B.Sc./B.Pharm./Diploma preferred.

Experience:
3–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical store or warehouse operations.
