Job Title: Senior QC Executive Location: Sewri, Mumbai Experience: 4+ Years Employment Type: Full time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior QC Executive to lead quality control operations in our paint manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have robust technical expertise in paint and coatings, quality testing, process improvement, and team leadership while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise day-to-day quality control operations. Perform advanced testing and analysis of paints and coatings. Review and approve QC reports, ensuring compliance with SOPs.

Collaborate with Production, R&D;, and Procurement teams to resolve quality issues. Train and mentor QC team members on testing procedures and best practices. Support internal and external quality audits.

Ensure compliance with ISO and other applicable quality standards.



Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Prepare quality performance reports for management.

Required Skills Strong knowledge of quality control processes and paint testing methodologies. Hands-on experience with QC instruments and analytical techniques. Leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Robust documentation and reporting skills. Ability to work in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Paint Technology, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Control within the paint, coatings, or chemical manufacturing industry.
