Roles and Responsibility
Manage and supervise the pharmacy team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of pharmaceutical services.
Develop and implement pharmacy protocols and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide expert advice on medication therapy and treatment plans.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records and reports of pharmacy activities, including inventory management and patient data.
Provide training and development prospects to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
Solid knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medications, and medical terminology.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace and prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with pharmacy information systems and software applications.
