Are you a passionate IT Recruiter with strong expertise in hiring technology professionals for the Financial Services domain? We're looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team and drive talent acquisition for leading Banking and Financial Services clients.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for niche and volume technology roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business and technical hiring needs.
Source, screen, interview, and close high-quality technical talent.
Build and maintain solid talent pipelines for current and future hiring.
Drive stakeholder management and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

What We're Looking For 8+ years of hands-on IT recruitment experience.

Strong experience hiring for Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or GCCs (Global Capability Centers).

Good understanding of technical skill sets including Java,



.NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, QA, ERP, AI/ML, and Digital Technologies.

Proven experience recruiting for 20+ Banking GCCs or enterprise financial services clients.

Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and social recruiting.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation skills.
