We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales Executive with 3–4 years of experience in Software Sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling CRM, ERP, and other Software Solutions, along with a solid understanding of business processes across various industries. The role involves field sales, client acquisition, product presentations, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through field sales, networking, and client meetings.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable CRM, ERP, and Software Solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate sales reports, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and emerging software technologies.





Required Skills
3–4 years of experience in IT Software Sales.
Proven experience in selling CRM, ERP, SaaS, or Enterprise Software Solutions.
Strong knowledge of software products and business applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field sales.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience in B2B software sales is highly preferred.
Existing network of business clients will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
