VJR Estate Properties is looking for a Telecaller to join our team on a work-from-home basis. In this role, you will call potential and existing clients, explain property details, and coordinate site visit schedules for our ongoing real estate projects.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
Explain property details clearly, including location, pricing, amenities, plot/flat sizes, and possession status
Answer client queries and provide guidance on ongoing projects
Schedule and coordinate client site visits
Update and maintain client visit records as instructed
Follow up with clients before and after scheduled visits
Maintain accurate records of calls and client responses




Share a daily call summary and visit update with the manager

Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in telecalling or real estate preferred; candidates with solid communication skills and no prior experience are also welcome to apply
Fluent in Kannada and English
Transparent, professional telephone communication skills
Minimum qualification: 10+2 (higher qualification preferred)
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Access to a phone and stable internet connection

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
