Roles & Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates for various positions.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Identify and present quality profiles to clients.
Coordinate and line up candidates as per client requirements.
Perform headhunting across different technologies and levels.
Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Handle salary negotiations and document verification.
Follow up with candidates until their successful joining.
Maintain recruitment databases and records in the system.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Graduate or Postgraduate (any discipline)
