Inside Sales Executive – B2B (IndiaMART Leads) Job Brief We are a well-established wholesale business specializing in women's lingerie and hosiery products with a strong 4-year market presence in New Delhi. We are looking for a result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to call verified B2B leads generated from IndiaMART, understand their wholesale requirements, and convert them into successful sales.

Key Job Details Job Type : Full time / Office-based Location : Recent Delhi Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month Compensation : Fixed Salary + Attractive Sales Incentives Working Hours : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Key Responsibilities Lead Engagement : Call incoming B2B leads from IndiaMART promptly.

Product Pitching : Explain product catalog, pricing,



and wholesale margins.

Relationship Building : Follow up regularly with retailers and wholesalers.

Order Conversion : Negotiate deals, close sales, and meet monthly targets.

Data Management : Maintain accurate records of calls and customer status.

Requirements Experience : 1–2 years in telecalling, inside sales, or B2B sales (Garment/Hosiery industry experience preferred).

Skills : Solid communication, active listening, and convincing skills.

Languages : Fluency in Hindi and basic English.

Tools : Basic knowledge of using smartphones, WhatsApp Business, and Excel.
