Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate job cards.
Explain service recommendations, repair estimates, costs, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with technicians for diagnosis and repair.
Update customers on service progress and obtain approvals for additional repairs.
Ensure warranty and service documentation is completed accurately.
Deliver vehicles after explaining the work carried out and invoice details.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Achieve customer satisfaction (CSI) and maintain high service quality standards.
Promote preventive maintenance, accessories, and value-added services.
Maintain service records and follow dealership SOPs.
Coordinate with spare parts and warranty teams for smooth service operations.
