Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective and existing customers to explain insurance products and services.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into policy sales.
Assist customers in selecting suitable insurance plans based on their needs.
Follow up with customers for policy renewals and documentation.
Address customer queries and provide timely support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Achieve monthly sales and performance targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Robust persuasion and customer-handling abilities.
Prior experience in tele calling, insurance sales, or customer service is preferred.
