About the Role: Business strategy & planning for growth. Evaluate the Market & Peers Product/Process offering and implementation of best suitable products for the customers. Deep understanding about SEBI and RBI guidelines and actively engage with Regulators. Possess knowledge on key areas ICDR Guidelines (IPO/Buy-Back/Rights Issue/FPO, etc) Escrow & RERA KYC/AML Provide Solutions to the customers on Regulatory Guidelines.

Overall Business

Development of Capital Fund (At Domestic & GIFT) Driving Business through Coverage & Direct Customer Meetings.



Creating synergies with Intermediaries (Legal firms and Trustees) Administrators. Positive understanding on SEBI and RBI guidelines.

.Any master's degree with experience of 10+ years in capital Fund Business. Role Proficiencies:
