Experience Required:
Coders: Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience
QA & Trainers: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
Supervisors: Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience

Eligibility:
Any Graduation
Any Medical Coding Certification
For Denials (Multi Speciality Appeals): B.Sc Nursing is Mandatory
Relieving Letter is Mandatory
Immediate Joiners to 2 Months Notice Period are acceptable

Medical Coder
Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT/HCPCS codes.




Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with client and payer guidelines.

Quality Analyst (QA):
Audit coded charts for accuracy and compliance.
Identify coding errors and provide constructive feedback.
Monitor quality metrics and prepare audit reports.

Trainer:
Deliver training sessions for recent hires and experienced coders.
Conduct refresher programs and quality improvement sessions.
Prepare training materials and assess trainee performance.

Supervisor:
Lead and manage coding teams.
Monitor productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.
Coach team members and support operational excellence.
Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure smooth project delivery.
