Assist in receipt, sampling, dispensing, and issuance of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials.
Perform material identification, segregation, and storage as per SOPs.
Maintain inventory records and material reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, and Production for smooth material flow.
Maintain cleanliness and documentation of the work area.
Production

Department: Production Designation: Trainee / Officer / Operator

Experience: 0 to 1 Year

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / ITI
Operate and monitor Granulation & Compression equipment as per SOPs.




Perform machine setup, operation, cleaning, and line clearance activities.
Record production data and complete batch manufacturing records (BMR).
Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, SOPs, and safety procedures.
Monitor process parameters and report any deviations to the supervisor.
Maintain equipment cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area.
Coordinate with QA, Engineering, and IPQA to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Follow Valuable Documentation Practices (GDP) and support continuous improvement initiatives.
