Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Retail Sales Executive to drive sales growth, expand market reach, and strengthen dealer/distributor networks. The role involves managing retail outlets, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory
Develop and maintain solid relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors
Ensure availability, visibility, and promotion of Berger products at retail outlets
Identify recent business prospects and onboard current dealers/retailers
Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and market trends
Execute promotional activities, schemes, and campaigns at the ground level
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables
Maintain reports on sales performance, market feedback, and dealer performance
