Assist customers in choosing ethnic wear and provide personalized styling advice.
Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and product recommendations.
Build lasting customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on ethnic fashion trends, fabrics, fits, and current collections.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is well-organized.
Handle billing, customer queries, exchanges, and after-sales service efficiently.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in apparel retail, preferably in ethnic wear.
Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
Positive knowledge of ethnic fashion, fabrics, and styling.
Target-oriented with a passion for fashion and customer engagement.
Pay: ₹25,000.82 - ₹35,322.12 per month
