Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage the complete construction site.

Plan, supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, suppliers and consultants.

Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications and quality standards.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.

Manage site expenses, material consumption and cost control.

Verify measurements, bills and work completion.

Maintain safety standards and site discipline.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.

Resolve technical and execution-related issues independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 1+ years of experience in residential building construction.

Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works,



MEP coordination and project execution.

Experience in labour management, vendor coordination and site cost control.

Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Candidate should be capable of handling the entire project independently with minimal supervision.
