Emotion Films is looking for a energetic and result-driven Team Lead Renewal to manage and guide a team responsible for customer renewal operations. The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach to ensure smooth renewal processes and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Renewal team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, mentoring, and feedback.

Ensure timely follow-up with existing customers for renewals and service continuity.

Handle customer queries and escalations professionally.

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality. Prepare and analyze team performance reports.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless renewal operations.

Ensure adherence to company policies, processes,



and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years in Team Handling, Customer Service, Sales, or Renewal Process.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Ability to work in a target-driven setting.

Mandatory Requirements

Laptop availability is mandatory.

Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation (each qualification). Immediate joiners will be preferred.
