As HR Business Partner, you'll partner directly with business leaders to build a cooperative, high-performing organization as E2E Networks scales its AI infrastructure business. You'll own culture-building, performance management, and talent development for business teams, and act as the trusted go-to person for both leaders and employees on people matters.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with functional and business leaders to align people strategy with business priorities and workforce planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness and change management, driving smooth adoption of current

processes.

Culture Building & Employee Experience
- Champion E2E Networks' culture and values through engagement programs, town halls, and wellness initiatives.
- Run employee pulse surveys and focus group discussions, translating feedback into action plans.

Performance Management & Talent Development
- Own the end-to-end Performance Management System: goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, calibration,



and PIPs.
- Coach managers on effective feedback conversations, and partner on succession planning and career progression.

Employee Relations & Rewards
- Resolve employee grievances and workplace concerns fairly and in a timely manner.
- Design Rewards & Recognition initiatives that reinforce organizational values and support retention.

HR Analytics, Systems & Process Improvement
- Track HR metrics (attrition, engagement, performance) and prepare dashboards for data-driven decisions.
- Drive HR process automation and adoption using the Zoho People HRMS suite and other AI-powered HR tools.

Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources required; Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 5–8 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, with robust exposure to core HR.
- Experience in IT, SaaS, Cloud, AI, or Product-based organizations preferred; high-growth/fast-paced workplace experience is a plus.
