Job Description – Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive

Role Overview

CenturyPly is looking for agile and result-oriented Sales Executives/Senior Sales Executives to drive business growth for its NAP Division (PVC, WPC & Louvers). The incumbent will be responsible for developing the dealer and distributor network, increasing market penetration, generating business through influencers, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of PVC, WPC, Louvers and allied building material products in the assigned territory.
Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks.
Conduct regular site visits to generate business prospects and strengthen customer relationships.
Engage with architects, contractors, carpenters, fabricators, builders, and other influencers.
Identify new business opportunities and appoint current dealers/distributors.
Implement sales schemes,



promotional campaigns, and market activation activities.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Ensure product visibility and brand presence.
Achieve monthly sales, collection, and business development targets.
Build long-term relationships with channel partners and influencers.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
2–6 years of experience in Channel Sales / B2B Sales.
Experience in Plywood, PVC, WPC, Louvers, Laminates, Building Materials or allied industries.
Dealer & Distributor handling experience.
Site visit and market development experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Comfortable with extensive field sales.

Preferred Industry
