Position: Senior Process Re-engineering Consultant

Location: Dubai or India

Duration: 6 Months and extendable

Role Purpose: –

The Senior Process Re-Engineering Consultant drives operational excellence and transformation within the Operations function.

Key Responsibilities: –

Lead process redesign engagements.
Map current and future state processes.
Identify automation opportunities.
Support implementation and benefit tracking.

Key Performance Indicators: –

Processes redesigned
Cycle-time reduction
Customer experience improvements

Qualifications & Experience: –

Relevant banking operations experience, robust stakeholder management, process improvement expertise, and skilled certifications such as Lean Six Sigma are preferred.





Core Competencies: –

Process Excellence, Business Analysis, Data-Driven Decision Making, Change Management, Communication, Leadership.

Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
