Service Vehicle receiving and delivery
Ensure speedy maintenance and repair of vehicles through transparent identification of customer's needs and accurate demanded repair understanding by using probing sheet.
Ensure vehicle cleanliness through use of vehicle protection materials (seat covers, floor mats etc.).
Provide explicit cost estimates and keep customers informed of work progress.
Monitor the work progress and keep customers informed of changes in cost and completion times.
Ensure explicit and precise service invoices that shows parts,



labour and lubricant charges.
Ensure all customer vehicles are clean and ready according to the promised delivery time.
Conduct Post-Service Follow-up after 3 days of vehicles delivery to check customer’s satisfaction Capturing of Sales and Evaluation enquiry
Responsible for Used Car sales & Sourcing
Bring in ideas and events for better inflow of vehicles for Sales, Service, Carwash and present the same with the respective manager and conduct one such events monthly.
Make sure the reporting team brings in ideas, analyses the best idea to increase the total productivity of the outlet, present the same to the reporting manager and make sure such events are done one a weekly/ monthly basis.
