Lascade is looking for a creative and execution-focused Growth Marketing Specialist to help us discover, test, and scale new growth opportunities across our portfolio of software products.
We’re building AI-powered tools, mobile applications, travel technology, subscription products, and digital services. We’re looking for someone who is constantly exploring current ideas, experimenting with emerging platforms, and finding creative ways to acquire users and grow our products.

What You’ll Do
• Research and identify current growth opportunities across digital channels and platforms.
• Continuously discover innovative ways to acquire users and grow products.
• Design, execute, and measure growth experiments across multiple products.
• Identify emerging marketing trends, AI tools, communities, and technologies before competitors.
• Build creative acquisition strategies beyond traditional paid advertising.
• Launch referral programs, viral campaigns,
partnerships, community initiatives, and product-led growth experiments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Content, and Performance Marketing teams to implement growth ideas.
• Analyze experiment results and recommend whether to scale, improve, or discontinue initiatives.
• Monitor competitors and identify prospects to differentiate Lascade products.
• Research new business opportunities, growth channels, and product ideas.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, marketing, SEO, social media, and digital products.
What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Startup Growth.
• Strong curiosity and a passion for continuous learning.
• Experience running growth experiments and analyzing results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think creatively while making data-driven decisions
