Job Details:

Accounts
Payable
Process AP using internal
software, Bill.com, and QuickBooks.
Process payments in Bill.com
after invoices are reviewed and approved.
Post and record vendor bills,
credits, and payment transactions as needed.
Accounts
Receivable
Upload AR into QuickBooks.
Record customer deposits and
apply them to the correct invoices.
Post journal entries related to
AR activity as required.
Follow up internally/externally
on funding
General
Accounting
Prepare and post necessary
journal entries.
Perform monthly bank
reconciliations.
Complete credit card
reconciliations, including posting all related entries.
Monitor and track account
activity, funding availability, and due dates on a daily basis.
Administrative
& Communication
Read, manage, and respond to
emails in a timely and qualified manner.
Coordinate with internal teams
or vendors as needed to resolve issues or obtain missing information.
