Conduct patient assessments by obtaining health histories, performing physical examinations, and monitoring patient conditions and progress.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams.
Administer medications, initiate IV therapy, provide wound care, and assist with medical procedures.
Monitor and document vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature, while observing changes in patient behavior and condition.
Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, preventive healthcare, treatment plans, and recovery processes.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records through charting and electronic health record (EHR) systems.





Required Qualifications :

B.Sc Nursing / GNM / ANM from a recognized institution.

1–3 years of experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare facilities.

Experience in departments such as ICU, Emergency, OT, Ward, NICU, or General Medicine preferred.

Robust clinical and patient-care skills.

Positive communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work rotational shifts and handle emergency situations.
