Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting ethnic wear for weddings, parties, festivals, and special occasions.
Provide personalized styling and fashion consultation.
Build long-term relationships with customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain VM standards and ensure the store is well-presented.
Coordinate with the inventory team and support daily store operations.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in ethnic wear, designer boutiques, or premium fashion retail.
Robust communication and customer service skills.
Passion for fashion and styling.
Positive attitude and sales-driven mindset.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
