Roadster Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Intern to support the Finance team in daily accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and compliance activities. This internship provides hands-on exposure to accounting and financial management within a rapid-growing QSR business.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining books of accounts and recording financial transactions.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Assist in preparing and verifying invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase entries.
Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports and financial summaries.
Help track expenses, budgets, and cost-control initiatives.
Support inventory and stock reconciliation activities.
Maintain accounting records and documentation in an organized manner.
Assist during monthly and annual financial closing processes.
Coordinate with operations, procurement, and HR teams for financial data collection.

Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com,



BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
Knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
Familiarity with Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software is preferred.
