Job Purpose:

Your primary role will be to counsel prospective students, explain course benefits, handle inquiries, and successfully convert leads into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face counseling.
Provide detailed information regarding course structures, eligibility, fee schedules, and career prospects.
Maintain consistent and skilled follow-ups with potential candidates to ensure enrollment.
Guide students and parents smoothly through the entire registration and documentation process.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly admission targets set by the institution.





Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience: Prior experience in educational counseling, inside sales, customer support, or tele-calling is highly preferred.
Skills: Exceptional convincing power, robust interpersonal skills, active listening, and patience.
Languages: Fluent in Malayalam and comfortable communicating in English.
