We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable interacting with potential clients over calls, and have a professional and customer-focused approach. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to communicate with potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about the company's services.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
Address customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain proper communication.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM or internal databases.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Represent the company in a qualified and courteous manner during all interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English .
Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
Valuable listening and convincing abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team setting.
Knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Jhalana Doongri, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
