Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate Montessori lessons and activities.
Prepare and maintain the Montessori learning setting and teaching materials.
Observe and record each child’s progress and adapt lessons according to their individual needs.
Encourage independence, self-discipline, and confidence in children.
Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
Participate in school events, meetings, and career development programs.
Collaborate with co-teachers and support staff to ensure smooth classroom functioning.

Qualifications and Skills:
Montessori Training Certificate from a recognized institute (AMI/IMTC/NMI or equivalent).
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a Montessori/Pre-Primary setup.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Warm, patient, and caring attitude toward young children.
Creativity, enthusiasm, and teamwork spirit.
Salary: Based on previous experience
