Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
Prepare tour quotations and itineraries.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and travel partners.
Provide excellent customer service before and after bookings.

Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam. Hindi is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Passion for travel and sales.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
