Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager (Telugu Mandatory)

Location: Saki Naka, Mumbai (Work From Office)

CTC: ₹12–14 LPA

We are hiring an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator partnerships and influencer campaigns across South Indian markets.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala.
Handle influencer outreach, negotiations, budgeting, and campaign execution.
Coordinate with clients, creators, and internal teams.
Develop creative campaign ideas and influencer briefs.
Track campaign performance using CPM, CPV, CTR, Engagement, CAC, and ROI.
Maintain influencer databases and campaign reports.

Requirements
4–6+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Creator Partnerships.
Agency experience preferred.




Solid network of South Indian creators and influencers.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Instagram, YouTube, Reels, and Shorts.

Mandatory Language Requirement
Fluent in Telugu (Mandatory).
Proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, or Malayalam is required.

A short introduction video speaking in the South Indian languages they are proficient in (to assess language fluency).

Notice Period

Immediate to 60 days preferred. Candidates serving a 90-day notice period will not be considered.

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
