Role and Responsibilities:
Plan and manage Meta, Google and LinkedIn ad campaigns. - Generate high-quality leads. - Create engaging content (Reels, AI videos, creatives and carousels). - Write high-converting ad copy, landing pages and email campaigns. - Optimise campaigns for better CPL, CTR and ROI. - Use AI tools to create faster and smarter marketing content. - Analyse performance and continuously improve results.

Requirement(s):
At least 6 months in Performance Marketing and Lead Generation.



- Solid copywriting and storytelling skills. - Experience with Meta, Google and LinkedIn Ads. - Ability to create videos and creatives using Canva, CapCut or similar tools. - Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Runway, etc. - Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation.

Valuable to Have:

Experience in B2B SaaS, AI Products, CRM/ERP, HRMS, or Business Automation.
