We are looking for a highly driven and creative SEO & Social Media Specialist with a strong focus on Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving our website’s visibility, increasing organic traffic, and generating high-quality leads, while also supporting social media marketing initiatives across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities (SEO-Focused)
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research
Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, etc.)
Implement technical SEO best practices (site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, indexing, crawlability)
Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms
Build and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building and outreach
Continuously analyze SEO performance and refine strategies for better results

Social Media & Lead Generation
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn




Create and publish engaging content aligned with SEO and marketing goals
Design graphics, posters, and short-form videos for campaigns
Track and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools
Develop innovative ideas to generate leads through social platforms

AI & Contemporary Tools (Preferred)
Experience with AI-powered tools for SEO, content creation, and campaign optimization
Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar platforms
Understanding of automation tools, chatbots, and CRM integrations

Requirements
1–3 years of proven experience with a strong focus on SEO and organic growth
Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
Working knowledge of social media marketing and paid advertising platforms
Skills in graphic design and video creation are a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and adaptability in a fast-paced workplace

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
