Role & responsibilities
He should lead the Mechanical maintenance crew in shifts and coordinate with CFT to meet the effectiveness and efficiency parameters of PCR and TBR TYRE BUILDING AND TYRE STOCK PREPARATION areas by handling all mechanical maintenance activities .
He should have handled Mechanical maintenance in shifts and well experienced preferably in any reputed tyre industry and 5 to 7 years of experience.
He should guide the shift crew in Break down and Preventive maintenance.
He should be familiar and with hands on experience with all mechanical maintenance activities in Tyre Building both PCR &TBR; / Stock preparation areas like Cutters/bias cutters / bead winding /TDA / Fischer cutter/ Apex machines etc.,,,
Proactively plan for spares and have valuable spares management
Manage and maintain documents as per IATF 16949 requirements and related QMS.
