Role & responsibilities
Call Insurance companies in the US to check the status of medical claims
Follow up on unpaid, Denied or underpaid claims
Understand the reason for claims denials and take appropriate action
Update claim status and notes accurately in the billing software.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduation In any discipline (B .com, B.SC , MBA only 2023,2024,2025 and 2026 are eligible to apply
Note B ,Tech and BE are not eligible
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Basic knowledge of MS office and computer applications
*Fixed Night shifts
*Work from office
