The role involves reaching out to potential clients in the US market, generating business opportunities, and scheduling appointments for our Recruitment (RPO), Accounting, and Business Support Services.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the US market.
• Introduce company services and identify business opportunities.




• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
• Meet daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
