Senior Education Counsellor / Academic Counsellor

Experience
2 to 8 years in Education Counselling, Academic Counselling, Training Institute Sales, EdTech, or Admission Counselling.
Candidates with a proven track record in admissions and revenue generation are preferred.

Salary
15,000 35,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
Attractive Performance Incentives: 2.5% to 7.5% based on monthly cash collections.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students regarding career programs and admissions.
Handle inbound and outbound enquiries.
Generate admissions through cold calling, follow-ups, WhatsApp, and email communication.
Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with students and parents.
Manage a team of counsellors and monitor daily performance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with the marketing and placement teams to maximize conversions.





Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Tamil.
Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
Experience in cold calling, lead nurturing, and admissions conversion.
Team handling and leadership experience.
Target-oriented with a passion for achieving sales goals.
Proficiency in CRM, MS Excel, and basic computer applications.
