Role & responsibilities
Build, launch, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
Set up audiences, retargeting, and lookalikes properly, not just boost posts
Read the numbers and act on them: CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPM, conversions
Write and test ad copy, rotate creatives, kill what's not working,



scale what is
Use Claude and AI tools daily for research, copy, analysis, and campaign structuring

Preferred candidate profile
2+ years hands-on managing live Meta and Google ad accounts with real spend
Verifiable experience with international clients
Working knowledge of Claude and AI marketing tools
Strong written English for AU / NZ / US markets
